We are pleased to add a Hybrid HD-SDI / SD (Analogue) DVR to our range of products.
This DVR could be a great way for you to start upgrading your CCTV system to high definition without the need to replace the entire system in one go. Instead you could use our Hybrid recorder and just add one or two HD-SDI cameras in the most sensitive areas – keeping your existing analogue cameras elsewhere. Then over time, upgrade these also when you see fit to have a full HD CCTV System.
This is a perfect option for those wanting to improve the quality of CCTV to HD now – but it is also an opportunity for those who perhaps need to replace a faulty Analogue DVR. If you replace it with our Hybrid recorder, you will have the option of upgrading to HD cameras in the future.
The MX-16SDI-U offers all the features you would expect from a top of the range HD or SD DVR including recording frame rates of 400fps (in 1080P / 720P / 960H or D1), it can be networked and viewed remotely via PC or smart phones and it can hold up to 12000GB of data for lengthy recording times.
The DVR will auto detect the format of the camera – so you just have to connect the camera to the recorder and it will automatically know if it is a HD-SDI or SD Camera.
