Supplied with 2 cameras and a high quality DVR, this cctv system is both excellent value and provides a huge amount of
coverage. The cameras are all in the traditional shape, meaning they can be angled in the desired direction easily, plus
they have cable managed brackets, ensuring that the wires are kept away from sight and potential harm.
Ultra Low Light
Hikvision, the world’s leading supplier of innovative video surveillance products and solutions, brings Darkfighter
technology to its Turbo HD 4.0 series, with the new 2MP D8T series camera. This gives customers the ability
to see in very low light conditions and to use long distance transmissions over power cable.
The Darkfighter ultra low light technology is already a leading function of Hikvision cameras, with the technology advancing
all the time. Now it has been brought to the analogue range, giving even more customers the chance to benefit from clear,
effective footage it gives in the lowest of light environments – even down to 0.005 lux.
The cameras included within this kit also have a Wide Dynamic Range. This ensures that they are capable of capturing
high quality images in both light and dark situations, and also within the same frame. The resolution of 1080P HD used by
all cameras also makes this image quality much better as well - very similar to watching your favourite Sky HD TV Channels!
For night time use, night vision comes as standard on all cameras, and activates automatically when light levels drop
below a certain amount, allowing you to see up to 40 metres in complete darkness.
Motorised Zoom Vari-Focal Lens
These cameras are incredibly easy to set up, thanks to the three axis brackets supplied. Additionally, the zoom can be altered
remotely at the DVR 32.1° - 103° field of view (4x zoom).
The DVR has a hard drive of 1000GB (optional) and also comes with 4 video channels, therefore allowing the option for 2
extra cameras to be added when needed. It records at 12.5fps and at 1080P High Definition resolution, making for excellent
image quality. Live pictures can be viewed via a HDMI TV or VGA monitor which can also be ordered using the above options,
or you can of course use your own.
For easy transferal of evidence data, the DVR comes with 2 USB ports, which can be used with most modern pen drives.
Internet / SmartPhone
All of our Hikvision systems can be connected to your router and configured so you can remote view them over the internet from a PC /
Mac or even your iPhone / Android.
PC / Mac software usually comes on a CD with the NVR or can always be downloaded from the
HIKVision website here - called iVMS-4200.
For your iPhone or Android phone you can visit your app store and download iVMS-4500 and the P2P app "Hik-Connect".
Watching the Footage
Apart from viewing your system over the network or internet, the DVR also has a VGA and HDMI output meaning you could connect
a computer monitor (VGA) and / or HD TV (HDMI) directly to the DVR. If required, using the options above, you can add a HD or VGA Monitor to your
system.
When viewing your footage on one of these monitors you can select multiple views including one camera full screen and a split
view of all cameras at once.
